By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Our Products
Treasured By Hannah creates and sells handmade jewellery, including beaded bracelets made using materials such as natural gemstones and painted glass beads.
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.
However, because many of our products contain natural gemstones and handmade or painted beads, individual beads may vary in:
Colour
Shade
Pattern
Markings
Shape
Texture
Size
Finish
These natural and handmade variations help make each bracelet unique and are not necessarily defects.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
3. Bracelet Sizes
Where applicable, customers can select a bracelet from the pre-set sizes shown on the relevant product page.
Please check the available sizing information before ordering.
Selecting a standard pre-set size does not by itself make the item a personalised or bespoke product.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
The price payable will be the price displayed when you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charge.
Delivery charges are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
5. Placing an Order
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation electronically.
A contract for the purchase of the products is formed when we accept your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
A product is unavailable
There has been an obvious pricing or description error
We are unable to authorise or receive payment
We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of the website
If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund the appropriate amount.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Depending on availability, these may include:
Credit or debit card
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Klarna
OneLink-supported payment options
Some payment methods are provided by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their own terms.
7. Dispatch and Delivery
We aim to dispatch normal orders within 1–2 working days.
Delivery is currently available to UK addresses.
Customers can select from the Royal Mail delivery services made available at checkout, which may include tracked 24-hour and tracked 48-hour services.
Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may occasionally offer free delivery when an order reaches a specified value or as part of a promotion. The applicable conditions will be displayed on the website.
Please ensure your delivery information is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

You should take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession.

We will deal with the issue in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.
11. Product Care
Jewellery can be affected by moisture, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics and physical wear.
Any care instructions supplied with a product or displayed on our website should be followed to help maintain its appearance and condition.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage or damage caused by misuse is not necessarily a product fault.
This does not limit your statutory rights.
12. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time we may offer discount codes, free delivery or other promotions.
Unless stated otherwise:
Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
Promotional conditions must be satisfied for the offer to apply
Some products may be excluded
Promotions may have an expiry date
Only one promotional code may be accepted per order where specified
Specific promotional terms displayed with an offer will take precedence where they differ from this section.
13. Website Content
All reasonable efforts are made to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate.
Occasionally errors may occur. If we discover a material error affecting an order, we will contact you and provide appropriate options.

15. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, nor do these terms exclude or restrict your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or losses resulting from circumstances for which we are not legally responsible.
