About Our Jewellery
Are your bracelets handmade?
Yes! Every Treasured By Hannah bracelet is handmade with care using a beautiful selection of beads, including natural gemstones and painted glass beads.
Because each bracelet is individually made, there may be small differences between pieces — making every bracelet a little bit unique.
Are your gemstones natural?
Many of our designs feature natural gemstone beads.
As they are natural materials, you may notice variations in colour, pattern, markings and texture from one stone to another. We think these natural differences are part of what makes gemstone jewellery so special.
Please check the individual product description for details about the materials used in each bracelet.
Will my bracelet look exactly like the photographs?
We do our best to make our product photography as accurate as possible.
However, natural gemstones and individually painted or finished beads can vary slightly in colour, markings, pattern and appearance.
Colours can also look a little different depending on your screen and lighting.
Bracelet Sizing
What bracelet size should I order?
Our bracelets are available in a selection of pre-set sizes, which you can choose from on the product page.
For the best fit, measure around your wrist and use the sizing information provided on our website before ordering.
What if I order the wrong size?
Don't worry. Please email us at sales@treasuredbyhannah.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.
Depending on availability, we may be able to arrange an exchange, or you can return an eligible bracelet and order another in your preferred size.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely using the payment methods available at checkout, which may include:

Is it safe to order through your website?
Yes. Our online store is powered by Squarespace, and payments are processed securely through the payment services available at checkout.
We don't normally receive or store your complete credit or debit card details.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order has been successfully placed, you should receive an order confirmation by email.
If you can't see it, please check your junk or spam folder.
If it still hasn't arrived, email sales@treasuredbyhannah.co.uk and we'll be happy to check your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you've made a mistake or would like to change your order, contact us at sales@treasuredbyhannah.co.uk as soon as possible.
We aim to dispatch orders quickly, so we can't guarantee that changes can be made once your order has entered the dispatch process.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.
During particularly busy periods or around bank holidays, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer.
How will my order be delivered?
We use Royal Mail for our UK deliveries.
Depending on the options available at checkout, you can choose services such as:

How much is delivery?
We charge a flat delivery fee depending on the Royal Mail service you choose.
The exact delivery charge will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
We may also occasionally offer free delivery when you spend over a certain amount or as part of a special promotion.
Can I track my order?
Where your selected delivery service includes tracking, you'll receive tracking information when your order is dispatched.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, check your Royal Mail tracking information first.
If you're still concerned, email sales@treasuredbyhannah.co.uk with your order number and we'll help investigate.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my bracelet?
Yes. For eligible products, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you'd like to cancel and return it.
Please email sales@treasuredbyhannah.co.uk with your name and order number.

Who pays for return postage?
For normal change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
If we've sent you an incorrect item or there's a problem with your jewellery, contact us before returning it so we can help.
What if my bracelet arrives damaged or faulty?
We're sorry if this happens.
Please email sales@treasuredbyhannah.co.uk with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where possible.
We'll get back to you and arrange the appropriate solution.
Looking After Your Jewellery
How should I care for my bracelet?
To keep your bracelet looking its best, we recommend:
Avoiding prolonged contact with water
Removing it before showering, bathing or swimming
Avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals
Removing it before strenuous exercise or activities that could stretch or damage it
Storing it somewhere clean and dry when you're not wearing it
A little care will help keep your Treasured By Hannah jewellery looking beautiful for longer.
Can I wear my bracelet in the shower?
We recommend removing your bracelet before showering, bathing or swimming.
Regular exposure to water, soaps and chemicals can affect some gemstones, painted beads, finishes and bracelet components over time.
Gifts
Can I send a bracelet directly to someone as a gift?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address when placing your order.
Are Treasured By Hannah bracelets suitable as gifts?
Definitely! Our handmade bracelets make lovely gifts for birthdays, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, anniversaries or simply as a little surprise for someone special.
